  Shampoo Bottle

  Shampoo bottles are usually filled hot and stored for a long time, so material and wall thickness matter as much as the shape. Tell us your formula and filling temperature and we will match the bottle to it.

  Spray Bottle

  The nozzle decides how a spray bottle feels in use. Household cleaners usually take a trigger head with a wide pattern; skin care takes a fine mist; hair care and disinfectants often use continuous spray.

  Cosmetic Bottle

  Cosmetic packaging has to protect the formula and look right on the shelf. Different plastic bottles suit different products, and materials range from standard HDPE, LDPE, PP and PET to PCR, PLA, wheat straw and other eco-friendly compounds.

  Plastic Jar

  Jar capacity is usually chosen around the recommended dose and the retail strategy: 50g and 100g for trial sizes, 200g and 300g for full size, and larger formats for professional use.

  Hand Wash Bottle

  Pump output, bottle height and label area are the three decisions that shape a handwash project. We supply pumps with and without locking clips for retail and travel packs.

  Airless Bottle

  Airless dispensers keep the formula away from air, which reduces oxidation and lets preservative levels stay low — a common requirement for serum and premium skin care.

  Foam Pump Bottle

  Foam output depends on the mesh in the pump head and the viscosity of the product. We test the pump with your sample formula so the foam quality is right before bulk production.

  Chemical Bottle

  Chemical bottles mainly pack additives, cleaners, disinfectants, glass cleaning solutions, pesticides and sample reagents, so chemical resistance and closure sealing are the first specifications we confirm.

  Pointed Mouth Top Bottle

  The pointed mouth is moulded into the bottle, so there is no separate spout to fit or lose. This style is common for lubricants, adhesives, additives and household solutions.

  Lotion Bottles

  Lotion products are usually dispensed with a pump or a disc-top cap. We supply both, and test the assembly with your viscosity so the first pump is not a surprise.

  Biodegradable Bottles

  Eco-friendly packaging is a specification decision, not only a marketing one. Material choice changes the shelf life, the filling temperature and sometimes the recyclability claim you can make in your market.

As a bottle factory with fourteen years of production experience we hold more than 6000 moulds, which means more than 6000 different bottle types: square, round, flat, conical, double-mouth and square-flat shapes.

By application we cover cosmetic bottles, personal care bottles, wash bottles, chemical bottles, airless bottles, spray bottles and watering cans, and we work with customers in many industries.

Custom bottles from an existing or new mould

If nothing in our catalogue fits, we re-mould. Colour, size, capacity, wall thickness, material and closure are all selectable, and our team tests assembly tolerances so pumps and caps seat without leaking.

Pointed mouth, general usage and medicine style bottles are also produced — the two extra families shown in our footer list are made from the moulds of our pointed mouth and standard bottle ranges.
