Wheat straw bottles for lower-plastic packaging
Wheat straw compound replaces part of the plastic in the bottle, so the container tells an eco story without changing your filling line.
The material is a PP or HDPE base mixed with wheat straw fibre. It moulds on the same equipment as standard bottles, so shapes, necks and closures stay familiar while the plastic content drops.
Colour comes out warm and slightly speckled, which suits natural and organic ranges. We can keep the fibre visible or overprint it with your label artwork.
